Mmm, Donuts: 8 Doughnut Shops in Manila for your Donut Fix
Mmm,
donuts. Doughnut, or donut--however you wish to spell it--is a sweet
treat of dough that is fried, most commonly shaped into rings or plump
discs, and its 'holes' also serve as bite-sized donut treats. Filled,
glazed, topped, sprinkled -- it can come in all sorts of flavors, and
other shapes like bars and twists. Whatever form it takes, sinking your
teeth into a donut in one's favorite flavor is both comforting and
nostalgic.
