Last June 29th, UK's top coffee chain opened its first outlet in the country. Located at Eastwood, Costa Coffee
Philippines brings in the style of London into the cafe with its warm
interior and selection of coffee, pastries and sandwiches.
According to the Costa website, the brand was started in London back in the 1970s by Italian brothers Sergio and Bruno Costa. Now the brand is across many countries, with thousands of coffee shops in UK and beyond. In the first Manila store, Costa's two floors of space is London-styled, with sofas donning the Union Jack, scenes from UK framed on walls; right outside the coffee shop is a replica of the vintage red telephone box iconic and seen all around UK.
