Just like last year and the years before that, Sebastian's Ice Cream unveils its Valentine Series flavors just in time for the month of love. Whether you're still hurting from your past love or seeking for the perfect man/woman to add color in your life, this is the only time you're allowed to eat your feelings. Check out this year's witty flavors you can indulge on for the whole month of February:

This year's Matinong Girlfriend couldn't get any cheesier than this! It is a rich cheese ice cream loaded with crunchy Cheetos! Every spoonful is a mixture of sweet, cheesy and crunchy that's sure to put a smile on your face... just like any girlfriend will do.

 

A definite description of a Matinong Boyfriend is dark, sweet and will make you feel a little excitement in your life. This year's ideal man, err, dessert is a blend of bittersweet chocolate ice cream with a hint of rhum swirled with a luscious ribbon of raspberry sorbet.

Here's to all the closures we didn't get! Enjoy a refreshing scoop of Closure which has a passionfruit cream base steeped in black tea leaves and fresh dayap peel overnight for that perfect zest that's sure to wake you up from that horrible dream. It's a bitter ampalaya sorbet garnished with candied ampalaya in every scoop. The sugar kind of hides the bitterness when you first take a bite but it's not for long before the bitterness slowly creeps up again. Just like how you feel about the Unresolved Issues with your ex.
