"I like to cook and I like to eat, and I work closely with chefs," shares Marco Lobregat, a self-confessed foodie, and President and CEO of Ministry of Mushrooms,
a start-up provider of gourmet mushrooms in the country. He is also the
current Chairman on the Committee on Mushrooms for the Philippine
Chamber of Commerce for Food and Agriculture Industries (PCAFI). In this
interview, Marco talks about his favorite fungi and all things food.
