A favorite bread stall in Salcedo Market and Rockwell's Bakers Dozen has recently opened a bakery-cafe in Ortigas.

The Breadery is popular for their handcrafted artisan breads and pastries made with premium ingredients. The bakery quickly became popular with foodies frequenting weekend markets like Salcedo's and Power Plant's baker fair; they also participated in the previous Best Food Forward benefit food fair, and last weekend's The Gourmand Market in Bonifacio High Street.
