Fresh, nutrition-packed, yet vibrant with flavor -- healthy 'clean' eating is slowly permeating the metro, and this new spot offering salads, sandwiches, rice bowls, pasta bowls, and healthy juices is another refreshing addition to the lot.

Craft Salad opened a few weeks ago at SM Aura's Food on Four, and they currently offer and array of salads, sandwiches, rice and pasta bowls, and bottled juices. The new healthy eats casual eatery promises a food selection that won’t feel heavy on your tummy, while keeping you full and fuelled.

Fresh salads here are also available as wraps, and fit the 200 Peso budget. For your superfood fix, they have Vitamin Boost (P190) which is a mix of lettuce, cucumber, quinoa, mango, red onion, oranges, dried cranberries and walnuts. Make your own salads and wraps by choosing from their selection of assorted toppings, proteins, and dressings.

Other offerings include Pumpkin Coconut Soup (P80), and Kani Salad and Salmon on Whole Wheat Triple Decker sandwich, and rice bowls like Stir-fried Chicken, Asparagus & Bell Peppers on Brown Rice for a healthier version of a Chinese dish. Fresh bottled juices are also available, the blends of fruits and vegetables for each aiming for different health benefits. The Red and Ready juice is a concoction of mixed berries, apples and beetroot -- berries having flavonoids that slows down mental decline to keep you alert. Combo Meals are also available, so you can mix and match a salad with a sandwich, pasta, bowl of rice or soup, or drink.
