New steakhouse Smith Butcher and Grill Room
opened its doors last week, offering a uniquely mouthwatering
proposition to serious carnivores: your meats are always the way you
want them to be -- steaks are cut to order, with a premium selection of
meat from different continents, and your burgers, too, are fresh and
ground to order.

Located along HV dela Costa in Salcedo Village, this new Makati
establishment is also a butchery -- their meat room is climate
controlled, and for the steak connoiseurs extra keen on beef, they offer
both dry-aged and wet-aged beef. To assist your steak devouring, you
are also given a selection of steak knives to choose from for the
perfect slices. "Where it's from is just as important as how well it's
done." is Smith's statement on their official website, and among the
imported steaks available at the new restaurant are Matsusaka, Prime
Angus Newport, and Prime Angus Creekstone.

A selection of steak sauces, sides, salads, soups, seafood, and wine are also offered to complete the lush steakhouse experience at Smith Butcher and Grill Room.
