Now Open: Nacho Bimby in Promenade, Greenhills
Love this Tex-Mex snack? Have your fill of nacho goodness loaded with many assorted toppings and ingredients in this new Greenhills establishment.
New nacho specialty joint Nacho Bimby is now open in Promenade Mall, and recently celebrated its grand launch by treating customers to free nachos last October 1 during their happy hour from 4-6pm. For the curious wondering why the new establishment is named so, it's because Kris Aquino is one of the owners of Nacho Bimby, and nacho-rally (sorry, we can't help it), her new food investment is named after her son Bimby.
The store currently offers four types of nachos, from the classic
crunchy Tex-Mex flavor favorites to meat-loaded toppings for an extra
filling treat. There's The Killer Keso (P90/Supremo, P120/Ultimo) for cheese-smothered tortilla chips and theSeñorita Salsa (P90/Supremo, P120/Ultimo) topped with pico de gallo and salsa.
For heftier options, there's the LaBimbeef (P150/Supremo, P260/Ultimo
which features everything on top (keso + salsa), then addding a
signature pulled beef brisket marinated in Mexican spices, the recipe of
which was developed by Kris Aquino. Chicken nachos are also available
with their LuchaChix (P150/Supremo, P260/Ultimo),
topped with char-grilled chicken marinated in cilantro, garlic, onions,
and lime. Nacho Bimby is a partner of next door neighbor Potato Corner,
where you can choose the flavorand size of your french fries. Aside from
their array of nachos and the french fries options, on the menu are Twin Tacos (P150/2pcs) that you can order with signature pulled beef barbacoa or cilantro lime chicken, and grilled Quesadilla which comes in Queso Fundido Cheese (P99), Beef (P150), or Chicken (P150).
Visit Nacho Bimby + Potato Corner at the second floor of Promenade
