Now Open in BGC: Crisp on 28th
The secret's out: Hatch 22's younger sibling has now opened its doors for the hungry diners of BGC.

Crisp on 28th is also brought to you by the team of the popular café and bakery in Power Plant Mall, Rockwell. Like Hatch 22, expect Crisp to be offering a good mix of comfort food and drink: a mix of healthy and hearty all day breakfast fare, a range of coffee, tea, and cocktails, pastries and desserts, and elegantly plated dinner items.
Inside the new restaurant, located at Alveo Corporate Center at 28th Street, details such as the black and white patterns and use of wooden furnishings are reminiscent of Hatch 22, yet it stands out differently with other design elements in play. Soon, a courtyard area will be open for diners wanting a refreshing ambiance with their al fresco meal. The use of colorful plates where dishes are served often remind of heirloom or favorite dinnerware used in family gatherings.

Crisp on 28th writes down its Weekly Specials on a blackboard, and as the restaurant always cooks up something new for its customers aside from their regular menu, there's always something to look forward to trying out.
NYOB (Not Your Ordinary Benedict)
Fans of Hatch 22's take on the eggs benedict will find the NYOB on Crisp on the 28th's menu. Plated and served a little differently, it is an order of mixed mushrooms, sous vide eggs, crispy bacon cubes, sautéed spinach, and torched citrus hollandaise. Definitely 'Not Your Ordinary Benedict.'

For breakfast food cravings, you can enjoy a wide range of dishes: healthy, light, or hearty. Tummy fillers include their renditions of Crispy Corned Beef, Bacon and Eggs, French Toast, and Adobo Flakes. Skipping meat? Order Pancakes or Oats & Granola that is served with fresh fruits, coconut meat and cinnamon yogurt.
