Just beside the string of food establishments at Capitol Commons is the Capitol Commons Park, open daily from 5am to 11pm. From day to night, you can have a jog around with your running buddies (dogs included!), or have a seat to enjoy your cup of coffee to-go. You can also bring your bike to cycle your way around Capitol Commons.
Foodies in the area can explore the gastronomic offerings in Capitol Commons, as they now have free-standing restaurants open for you hungry and thirsty folk. These food spots, as they are free-standing, boast of outdoor (al fresco) dining and on certain occasions, feature live music or outdoor art events. Restaurants may open much earlier and close in the wee hours of the night, as they have more flexible operating hours than establishments operating inside a shopping mall. The food strip, along Camina Verde road, also has a diverse food selection for your curious palate.
