Misto Lobby Dining @ Seda Hotel BGC

Have a Leisurely Lunch at Misto, Seda BGC

Misto, in Italian, means mixed. It is often used in conjuction with fritto, as in fritto misto, to denote a medley of deep-fried vegetables, meat, and seafood. Caffeine-junkies would also recognize the term misto as a cup of Americano served with steamed milk.

But you won't find a plate of fritto misto nor a cup of misto (they have latté though) at Misto, a fairly-new restaurant at the lobby of Seda Hotel BGC. Instead, you'd get a menu that highlights local dishes, mixed with some Western favorites; all are plated it in a way that's at par with international standards.

The party in Misto's menu mixes Filipino with Western. For breakfast options, Waffles (P220), Flapjack Pancakes (P320), and French Toast (P200) are listed side by side the -Silog family (Tapa, Tocino, Longganisa, Bangus, or Adobo with Sinangag and Itlog; P260). Lunch and dinner parties are even more jampacked. Golden Calamari (P320) and Taquitos (corned tortilla, ground beef, and vegetables for P450) headline the starters. Pizza and pasta represent Italia. Main entrees can either be international or local (more affordable at P300 to P750). There are also wraps and sandwiches (P170 to P200) for quick-fill options and afternoon meetings.
To make choosing a lot less complicated, Misto currently offers a 3-course set lunch special for P650++. The lunch set promo lets you avail a chunky and tangy Tomato soup served with Pesto and Garlic crouton (P220), with a sizable plank of Grilled Cedar Salmon (P600) resting on sticky risotto, and a well-executed Tiramisu (P150) for a fraction of the ala carte cost.

Sophisticated and at the same time comfortable, Misto is a good option for business lunch at Bonifacio Global City. Eat a mix of familiar local and international favorites in a high-ceiling, glass-walled dining room-- all for P650.
