The Moment Group lives up to its name by being the restaurant group of the moment, as fresh from their introduction of HK restaurant Linguini Fini to Manila, they are now introducing a French bistro by Les Amis Group of Singapore.

 

From Singapore to Manila: Bistro Du Vin is now open

 
Bistro du Vin opens its doors to the public this week to let Manila food lovers experience an old school cool, French bistro style. Bistro du Vin brings in some vintage charm combined with 'neo bistrot' appeal: think Parisian vintage with charming memorabilia and decor, paired with jazzy lounge music, in a warm and welcoming establishment.

To start, Bistro du Vin offers Charcuteries (P995), an assortment of pork and duck pate, duck rillete, Bayonne ham & saucisson, to pair with wine. A classic French soup, Soupe à L'Oignon (P335), and Salad Nicoise (P385) are also available.

Foie gras items are found on their menu: there's foie gras Terrine (P825) with brioche, foie gras ravioli with toasted hazelnuts and Port wine sauce (Ravioli aux Foie Gras - P665), and Pan-seared foie (Foie Gras Poele - P975) for the liver-loving foodie. For your hearty mains, Bistro Du Vin offers their take on the duck confit (Le Confit de Canard - P995), a steak-frites (Le Steak Frite - P1,390), slow-cooked lamb shank (Jarret D'agneau Braisé - P965), and a classic Bouillabaise (P995) served with the catch of the day.

The restaurant has many dessert options on their menu: La Crème Brûlée (P255), Le Fondant au Chocolate (P285) served warm with vanilla ice cream, and a classic La Vacherin (P495) are just some of their many sweet offerings waiting for your sweet tooth to try.
