Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop, Now Open in BGC

Meet the Mister: Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop, Now Open Beside Mrs. Graham's Cafe

by
In 2013 self taught macaron lady Anna Achacoso-Graham began churning out the little delicate treats for special orders, then tried her luck at a food fair and immediately her unique and fun macaron flavors gained a foodie fanbase. Now operating her own space at Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Café in QC, Mrs. Graham is now joined by her husband Christopher's own delicious offerings -- if the wife is in charge of desserts, then Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop will fill up all savory cravings for comfort food sandwiches.

Currently on soft opening operations, the new sandwich shop offers three kinds of sandwiches, and each comes with a side serving of Crisps (taro and potato chips, P100 ala carte) and coleslaw (sweet or spicy, P100 ala carte). The Cebuano (P290-Sandwich/P390 Manwich) is Mr. Graham's version of the classic Cubano as he hails from--you guessed it--Cebu. It's pan cubano with lechon, lechon skin, ham, cheddar cheese, and signature aioli; it also comes with green and yellow mango pickles. Cheese lovers can try the Four Cheese? Yes Please (P250) which you have an option to match with tomato soup, a classic pairing. Their Four Cheese uses mozzarella, cream cheese, cheddar, and parmesan. The third sandwich on their menu is a spin on The Clubhouse (P250) with guacamole, chicken, and BLT served in honey bread.

And of course, for dessert -- just scoot on over to Mr. Graham's missus, and choose among the many sweet eats offered at Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Café.
Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop is located right beside Mrs. Graham's Cafe at 51-C Scout Rallos, Quezon City. Follow Mr. Graham's on Instagram (@mrgrahamsshop).
