Valero Eat Street Weekend Food Fest - Not Your Typical Foodie Festival

Not Your Typical Foodie Festival: Valero Eat Street

It’s an awesome year for food in the country, and it’s obvious with the many delightful culinary concepts sprouting from every nook and cranny. And because we’re a foodie bunch, we can’t get enough of pop-ups showcasing the tastes of Manila.

This September 19, head to Valero Eat Street at Robinson’s Signa Designer Residences, Valero Street corner Rufino Street, Makati City for a cozy culinary fest celebrating up-and-coming foodie destinations in the streets of Manila, conveniently huddled in Makati’s epicurean locale.
And it’s not just about gathering the buzz-worthies of the culinary scene and putting them all in one place. We know that’s about to cloy your taste buds.

Here are reasons why Valero Eat Street isn't another foodie market in Manila:

1. Don’t expect to see Makati CBD usuals.

You already know the hottest spots to try out in Makati, but you’ve been hankering for the places in the far north, down south, and the side skirts your friends are filling your Facebook feed with. We’re saving you from the traffic trouble and bringing these outside comforts to you. You’re welcome.
Get ready for Sweet Ecstasy, Pizza Morena, Elbert’s Sandwiches, Chili Asylum, Empanada MAS, Cool Beans Hummus, Bucky’s Not a Brownie, Bald Baker, Scarsdale, Caramilk, Sugar Babies Desserts, Liq My Stick, Global Beer Exchange, AWC Philippines, Diageo, Red Light and more! Catch the special McCormick Menus they’ll prepare exclusively for the event.
We’re also excited for Mothership F&B’s Sabao, Sprout, and Bait’s to give us a try of their new menus just for Valero Eat Street.

2. You’re not just a spectator.
We’re after relaxed dining that encourages hearty eating and natural interaction. You’re not just here to try food, you’re here to play with it too.
Let culinary personalities The Fat Kid Inside Erwan Huessaff and Sabrina Artadi of Sabrina’s Kitchen give you a hand on creating the dishes you love in casual and interactive cooking workshops, or learn how to take Instagrammable food shots with food stylist Ezra Antonio’s Food + Prop Styling Phoneography Workshop by Manila Eat Up. Apply what you’ve learned with the Manila Eat Up Instagram Booth with props from Boqueria Lifestyle Market. Come and join in on the experience.

3. Bring the family!
Don’t worry about the family because we got you covered. We have things in line for everyone who’s tagging along. Little ones can hang out at the McCormick Mini Cooks area where they can literally play with their food. That’s hours of fun while you go and sample every food booth and join the workshops.
4. It’s a cozy stay in Signa Designer Residences
Stay for the rest of the day and enjoy the al fresco yet covered atrium of Robinson’s Signa Designer Residences, home of Valero Eat Street. With the entire Eat Street space styled by Oh Happy Day, it’s a refreshing, outdoorsy location without the crazy heat, perfect for enjoying your meals anytime of the day. From lunch until evening cocktails, spend it here.
Mark your calendars this September 19 and see you at Valero Eat Street! It’s a celebration of the two things all Filipinos love -- eating and food. Get ready for a full day of food coma. We won't judge.
This event is presented by Ampersand Collective, Mothership F&B, The Fat Kid Inside, Robinson’s Signa Designer Residences, and McCormick Philippines with partner Oh Happy Day. Valero Eat Street’s media partners are Manila Eat Up, ClickTheCity.com, WhenInManila.com, and Juice.ph.
