1. Baker & Cook / Plank Sourdough Pizza
Dean Brettschneider's artisan bakery & food store  serves all-day breakfast, bread, pastries and savory pairings; right next to it is Plank Sourdough Pizza, showcasing his signature pizzas featuring a pillowy soft crust with a touch of crispness.
Try: eggs benedict, tartine, sourdough pizza

2. Bijin Nabe by Tsukuda Nojo
Renowned for the collagen hot pot or 'beauty collagen stock,' this Japanese brand lets you experience authentic Japanese dining while beautifying you with the nourishing properties of their Golden Collagen Chicken Stock.
Try: bijin nabe, shiitake tsukune nanban, nikumaki onigiri

3. BLK 513
Frozen desserts are done darker here, and it's a healthier kind of sweet: they specialize in Activated Charcoal-enhanced Frozen Yogurt or 'Dark Skim'--Manila's first store offering this product.

4. Buffalo Wild Wings
Known for their award-winning New York-style buffalo wings and 18 signature sauces and seasonings, the American sports bar also has a slew of bar chow, and other shareable comfort food grub.

This Cebu-born restaurant highlights local Filipino dishes and regional fare in a festive setting.
