Why Madrid Fusion Manila is A Big Foodie Deal

Madrid Fusión is Spain's most important international gastronomic event on progressive haute cuisine. For the first time in history, this prestigious event will be held outside Madrid, and brought right to our shores. Through the efforts of the Department of Tourism as part of their 'Visit the Philippines 2015' project, Madrid Fusión Manila will be held from April 24-26, 2015, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. This puts the spotlight on our country as a center of gastronomy in Asia, and promotes the Philippines as a top culinary destination for 2015.
